Nikki spent many years in London running a book publishing company, which as well as overseeing editorial, sales and marketing also got involved in event management.  Holidays and most weekends were spent at her apartment in Ibiza enjoying the ever changing music scene.

In 1999 the first of her 2 daughters came along and weekend hopping to Ibiza took a back seat but not her love of music.  So she combined the two, children & music, and Star Lights was formed.  Star Lights is a children’s disco party/events company with numerous parties throughout the year as well as over 50 school discos per year, ranging from 10– 500 kids.

Tillie and Izzie (Nikki’s daughters) moved on from a disco every birthday and started playing the sax, guitar plus singing and forming their own bands in and out of school.  As a parent it was awe inspiring to see your child perform with an instrument or sing a song in front of complete strangers. So, we went to a Recording Studio and held a party there, which the kids (yes, boys and girls) really enjoyed but I knew Star Lights could do better.

I was introduced to George and with his wealth of knowledge and expertise in the music business, I purchased THE MUSIC ROOM in 2015 and completely gutted and refurbished it.  As thought it took longer than expected, but we wanted it acoustically perfect as can be, the right vibe for creativity and somewhere all levels of experience and ages could feel inspired to create as well as have fun.

The end result was echo7 Recording Studio.  George looks after all the artists and the recording, mixing and production.  Nikki handles all the bookings, marketing, parties and events.

So now our Recording Studio parties are absolutely amazing as well as the Hen/Stag parties that have evolved.  Nikki and her team are experts in their field of organizing your party or event.  Be that a Pop Star recording party, Hen or Stag recording party, corporate team building recording sessions or just a get  together for fun and the love of music.   Pop in and have a look around, I’m confident you’ll see it’s a great studio to hold your event in and we can chat about your amazing party!
